Carpet operations use the independent Carpet Inventory workflow. Underlayment and other materials use their own material inventory workflow. They meet only inside the same customer order.
This setting applies to this item. Stock requires an exact inventory record and shows the expected balance before completion.

Incomplete Carpet Review
A blank carpet length means the roll still needs verification; it is not zero inventory. PCW unopened rolls remain protected as real FULL stock until their label, location and length are confirmed.
Warehouse Seed Database
Adds the documented warehouse products and inventory records without overwriting existing records or quantities.
Order Data Center
Checks the current and earlier Customer Orders and Special Orders storage, safely merges missing records, and lets you copy a record into the correct library without deleting the original.
Order libraries have not been checked yet.
Database Foundation Center
V5.18 read-only inspection center for Product Master, Inventory and both order libraries. It detects orphan records, duplicate products, invalid quantities and missing required fields without silently changing warehouse data.

Product Master stores product identity and specifications. Inventory records reference a Product ID and store location, quantity and lot information. Customer Orders and Special Orders remain separate libraries in this foundation release while their fields are audited for the future unified Order Center.
